Multi Day Visits: We will visit up to 5 times to a building project at agreed intervals and compile up to 100 images on CD. Great for promotional literature for architects, contractors, developers etc. Our Mileage charge is included, however total costs will be divided into visits needed and equal payments will be made before subsequent visit. Private Commissions:  We will produce a CD with 20 shots of your property. We will vary the heights and locations of the shots. Your favourite shot will then be printed A4 size, mounted and framed, making the ideal gift, or gracing any reception hall or living space. Larger sizes can be added as an optional extra. Freedom to Reproduce: We allow reproduction if the images we produce for estate agents brochures, planning applications, court documents etc. If you are planning on reproducing any of our images in printed materials other than those mentioned, web site publications or any other commercial activity, whether it is for profit or not, you must contact us BEFORE you produce. We may make a charge to transfer rights of the images.

Mileage Charge: We include the first 15 miles outbound traveling costs in the above prices, based on our location being Dundrum, County Down. Over and above this distance will incur this additional charge per mile.

Mounted Prints: We can supply any image provided on CD, presented on a mount board ready for framing. Cost includes P&P.

Framed Prints: We can supply any image provided on CD, presented in a frame of your choice. We prefer to send images mounted to prevent damage through the post, so will only frame images for collection.

Fridge Magnets and Key Rings: Because some people want to advertise or sell images we take, we can supply your full colour images in fridge magnets and key rings. Contact us with quantities and sizes and we will give you a quotation, however as a guideline each unit is approximately the price shown.

Digital Enhancement: Because you may want the for sale sign removed, or  the Mother In Laws car, we make a charge per hour for digital enhancement. NB If you are selling your home you must comply with Property Mis-Description Act 1991. We can not remove unsightly from the property or surrounding area. We will only do this work if we are producing a single print for your private use.

Event Photography (Half Day): We will attend your event, festival, parade etc and supply at least 75 images on CD from various locations, heights and distances. We can zoom in for close up’s and get a birds eye view. Mileage charge will be applied.
